Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept refund for a product that safely arrives to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a damaged or broken during the shipping. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping companies will not accept insurance for our products, we will try our best to secure your products during shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
