Shipping policy

Our shipping is done by our private courier or online ojek delivery / JNE, custom quotation will be made for international shipping. 

Please note, shipping companies will not accept insurance for our products nor responsible for any damage caused during the shipping.

But we always try our best to secure the packaging of your products during shipping, If the product(s) is damaged during the delivery we will gladly accept return and send a similar product and value. Please refer to the refund policy page.
